What this is

HypeOrNope is a free, for-fun prediction game. You make a call, people vote Hype or Nope, and you settle it. It's for entertainment and bragging rights only.

No betting or real money

HypeOrNope is free-to-play. There is no wagering, betting, or real-money stakes of any kind. Predictions earn reputation and streaks — never money. Do not use the app to facilitate gambling.

Your content

You're responsible for what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the app. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or spammy, and don't impersonate others.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content, and restrict or block access, at our discretion — including automatically when content is reported. We aim to be fair but make no guarantees about moderation outcomes.

No warranty

HypeOrNope is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or that predictions reflect real outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Age

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use HypeOrNope.
